Order Acceptance

Damages/Defective Product

If a Product arrives damaged, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery of such Product. We may ask you to provide additional information about the damaged Product, including but not limited to, a photo of the damaged Product.

Shipping Policy

Risk of Loss; Title to Products

Risk of loss and title to Products purchased from Brooklyn Bedding passes to you upon delivery of such Products (by M&B or our manufacturer) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Payment

When you purchase Products through the Website, you shall pay all applicable fees in connection with your purchase. We use various third-party payment processors (each, a “Third Party Payment Processor”) to process your payment.
