Talent Acquisition Analyst

 

What you´ll do:

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with the company's current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, from entry-level to specialized positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience with Digital Marketing roles is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive approach to work
